Terms of Service

By creating an account or using any DotSuite service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and DotSuite. By accessing dotsuite.vercel.app or using any associated services, you agree to these Terms in full.
2. Description of Service
DotSuite provides developer productivity tools including DotShare VS Code extension, cloud scheduling, Cloudflare R2 media storage, and subscription management. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
3. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for all content you publish, schedule, or store through our platform. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful account information at all times.
- Keep your account credentials confidential and not share them with others.
- Comply with the terms of all third-party platforms you post to (LinkedIn, X, Dev.to, etc.).
- Not post, schedule, or distribute any prohibited content (see Section 4).
- Ensure you have the rights to any content you publish, including images, text, and media.
- Report any unauthorized use of your account immediately.
4. Prohibited Content & Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited. Violations result in immediate account termination and subscription cancellation without refund:
- πPornographic, sexually explicit, or adult content of any kind.
- πContent promoting, advertising, or distributing illegal drugs or controlled substances.
- π°Illegal gambling, pyramid schemes, or financial fraud.
- π΄ββ οΈPiracy, copyright infringement, or distribution of stolen intellectual property.
- βοΈContent inciting violence, terrorism, hate speech, or discrimination of any kind.
- π€Spam, automated mass-posting, or abuse of our scheduling infrastructure.
- πImpersonating another person, organization, or brand in a misleading way.
- π¦ Distributing malware, phishing links, or content designed to harm others.
- π€Collecting or storing personal data of other users without consent.
- βοΈAny content that violates applicable local, national, or international law.
5. Platform Owner Rights
As owner and operator of DotSuite, we reserve the right to:
- Content Removal: Remove, edit, or block any content violating these Terms at our sole discretion without prior notice.
- Account Termination: Suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms. Termination is immediate.
- Subscription Cancellation: Upon termination for violations, active subscriptions are cancelled with no refund.
- Service Modification: Modify, update, or discontinue features at any time without liability.
- Legal Action: Pursue legal action against users who cause harm to the platform or its users.
6. Owner Obligations
In exchange for your compliance, we commit to:
- Data Security: Protect your data with AES-256-GCM encryption and never sell or share it with third parties.
- Transparency: Notify users of material changes to these Terms at least 14 days before they take effect.
- Fair Enforcement: Apply these Terms consistently and provide users a chance to respond before permanent termination, except for severe violations.
- Support: Provide reasonable support for account and billing issues.
7. Your Rights as a User
- Data Access: Request access, export, or deletion of your personal data at any time.
- Account Deletion: Delete your account from Dashboard settings. Data removed within 30 days.
- Revoke Key Sync: Revoke cloud credential consent anytime from Dashboard β Connected Accounts.
- Appeal: Appeal account termination by contacting us within 14 days.
- Subscription Cancellation: Cancel at any time. Access continues until end of billing period.
8. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid subscriptions are processed through Lemon Squeezy. Fees are charged at the start of each billing cycle and are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice.
9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The service is provided as-is without warranties. DotSuite shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months prior to the claim.
10. Governing Law & Changes
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes are communicated with at least 14 days notice.
